Chuck Dean, a middle Tennessee native who has been part of the company’s sales operation in the region for the past seven years, will serve as branch manager for the new location.

Located at 841-A Fesslers Parkway in Nashville, the 15,000 sq. ft. facility carries a wide range of building products, including the complete line of Nordyne’s Kelvinator and Gibson HVAC equipment and supplies, Hart & Cooley and ATCO ductwork and supplies, Royal metal products, Johns Mansville insulation products, and Fabral architectural metal roofing. The building’s customer friendly layout features an expansive sales counter and display area, easy-access loading ramps, as well as ample warehouse space to house an extensive on-site inventory. Sales offices for two area sales representatives and an in-house sales staff are also located within the center.

Conveniently situated near the intersection of I-24 and I-40, the Nashville center was designed for easy access for customers placing orders or picking up materials for the jobsite, says Dean.
