Handy Company of Lynchburg, Va., one of the nation’s leading distributors of HVAC equipment and supplies, architectural metals, and sheet metal fabricating equipment, as well as commercial roofing products, announces it has entered into an agreement with Engel Industries to become the sales representative and distributor for Engel’s sheet metal forming equipment in seven states — Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

N.B. Handy will be the exclusive seller and distributor for the following territories:

• Florida — Counties north of (and including) Citrus, Sumter, Lake and Volusia counties
•  Georgia — All counties
• North Carolina — All counties
•  South Carolina — All counties
• Tennessee — Counties east of (and including) Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, Marshall and Lincoln counties
•  Virginia — Counties south of (and including) Rockingham, Page, Rappahannock, Culpeper and Stafford counties

According to Paul Seufer, N.B. Handy’s general manager for machinery, the alliance with Engel Industries allows the company to provide a high-quality, comprehensive product line for its HVAC sheet metal customers.
