The acquisition will allow N.B. Handy to expand its commercial and residential roofing services throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia.

Morris Ginsberg will continue to operate its three locations in Baltimore, Md., and Herndon and Lorton, Va., as a subsidiary of N.B. Handy Company. The company’s senior managers Jim Murray, a 30-year roofing industry veteran, and Paul Whelan, a 20-year roofing industry veteran, will continue to manage the company under Reaves’ leadership.
