Description

The 14, 16 and 18 gauge Pittsburgh rollforming machines have 7 forming stations with two forming positions. One inboard position forms the Pittsburgh lock, and one auxiliary or outboard position has the capability of forming 1 of 8 different profiles depending on which auxiliary roll set is ordered (See below for list of outboard-mounted auxiliary roll sets). The forming speeds for the individual machines are listed in the chart below.
