Insulfoam SP

InsulFoam SP is an advanced roof insulation consisting of a superior closed-cell, lightweight and resilient expanded polystyrene (EPS) with a durable and stable, factory-laminated fiberglass facer.
InsulFoam SP has a nominal density of 1.25 lb/ft³ (pcf), and meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C578, Type VIII, Standard Specification for Rigid, Cellular Polystyrene Thermal Insulation.

XPS

STYROFOAM™ Brand DECKMATE™ Insulation is a Type X extruded polystyrene foam product designed for use in conventional low-slope roof applications.

It can be installed directly on structural steel decks beneath a sheet membrane or a standing seam metal roof, eliminating the need for a thermal barrier such as gypsum board.

Fiberboard

• Carlisle HP Recovery Board is a rigid insulating and recovery board.
• It is available in either 1/2 inch (13mm) or 1 inch (25 mm) thickness.
• This dimensionally stable, durable insulation is compatible with all Carlisle Single-Ply Roofing Systems.

Sure-Seal Ballast Retaining Bar

The Ballast Retaining Bar is an extruded aluminum bar that's designed as a ballast retaining perimeter securement system, which comes packaged in 4˝ x 10´ lengths, 250 linear feet per package.

The ballast retaining bar has pre-punched holes every 6˝ on center for installation, and also has pre-punched drainage holes every 4˝ on center.

HP-X Fasteners and Piranha Plate

Carlisle HP-X Fasteners are used with Carlisle's Piranha Fastening Plate to secure Mechanically-Fastened Sure-Weld TPO and Sure-Flex PVC Roofing systems.

The HP-X Fastener is used on steel decks 20 gauge (0.91 mm) or 22 gauge (0.76 mm) or wood (minimum 15/32" [12 mm] CDX plywood).

The HP-X Fastener is designed to offer an optimum combination of driving performance, back-out and corrosion resistance with excellent pull-out performance.

HP-XTRA Fasteners and Piranha Xtra Plate

Carlisle HP-XTRA Fasteners are used with Carlisle's PIRANHA™ XTRA Fastening Plates to secure Mechanically Fastened Sure-Weld roofing Systems. The HP-XTRA Fastener is an oversized diameter (0.315") steel threaded fastener for use with 22 gauge (0.76 mm) steel decks for maximum pullout.

SureSeal® Seam Fastening Plates

Carlisle Seam Fastening Plates are specifically designed for use with RUSS™ or membrane securement for reinforced EPDM/TPO membrane when specified in the current Carlisle specifications and details.

Seam Fastening Plates can also be used for securing insulation on Sure-Seal, Brite-Ply™, or Sure-Weld™ Mechanically-Fastened or Metal Retrofit Roofing Systems.

Plaza Paver System

Carlisle has partnered with Hanover Architectural Products, the premier manufacturer of concrete pavers, to offer our customers the Carlisle Plaza Paver System.

• Pavers are manufactured to provide the highest level of performance, with a minimum 8,500 psi compressive strength.
• Pavers are available in various sizes and weights. The most common size is a 2˝-thick paver with a nominal 2´x 2´ dimension weighing 25 lbs. per square foot
• Pavers are available in 8 standard colors, with an optional 3,000 additional colors.
• Pavers can contribute toward LEED credit requirements.

Pedestal Paver

Pedestal Paver is available in 2´ x 2´ x 2 ¼˝ size in tudor or diamond finish, and weighs 22 lbs/ft². The Pedestal Paver incorporates footing in the center and each corner of the paver to provide ½˝ of clearance for exceptional storm water drainage.

EPDM Pedestal

The EPDM Pedestal is manufactured using EPDM to provide a raised 3/8" fixed height for architectural and ballast applications.

This pedestal incorporates1/8"vertical spacer tabs and horizontal leveling shims of 1/8" or 1/16 to make installation easy.

High-Tab Pedestal

The High-Tab Pedestal provides a raised 3/8" height for all paver applications. Multiple High-Tab Pedestals can be combined to provide additional height where necessary.

This pedestal incorporates 1/8"vertical spacer tabs and horizontal leveling shims of 1/8" (white shim) or 1/16 "(black shim) to make installation easy.

Elevator Pedestal

Elevator Pedestals provide the ability to raise all paver systems to a desired height in order to create a monolithic appearing roof system. Elevator Pedestal assemblies are available in 2˝, 3˝ and 4˝ models and can be combined for heights up to 16˝. With additional bracing, the Elevator Pedestal can provide up to 24˝ in height.

Compensator

The Compensator is a specially designed tapered circular base for use with Hanover's High-Tab and Elevator Pedestals. One Compensator will provide up to1/8"of roof slope compensation to eliminate the slope of most roofs to allow for a level paver installation. Multiple Compensators can be combined to allow for additional roof slope.

725TR Air & Vapor Barrier/Temporary Roof

Carlisle's 725TR Air & Vapor Barrier/Temporary Roof is a 40-mil composite that consists of 35 mils of self-adhering rubberized asphalt laminated to a 5-mil polyolefin film. A siliconized release liner prevents the material from bonding to itself in the roll and is easily removed for installation. 725TR is available in a 244-square-foot roll with dimensions of 39" x 75'.

The factory-controlled thickness of the membrane ensures uniform barrier properties on the job, and the polyolefin film increases strength and has a non-skid surface suitable for the bonding of subsequent layers.

Curb Mount – Fixed

Manufactured to fit onto an existing curb, curb mount units are used to replace existing skylight hatches that are defective or in a state of glazing failure. Curb mount units can also be specified when the contractor prefers to field-fabricate his own curb, flash it into the roofing system, and then install a curb mount skylight onto it.

Curb Mount – Vented

Vented curb mounts provide the same benefits as the fixed curb mounts with an additional venting option, and can be operated manually or by motorization. If access to the rooftop through the skylight is required, egress hardware will be specified to allow the unit to swing like a door and, after the screen is removed, allow occupant access to the rooftop.

Self-Flashing Skylights – Fixed and Vented

These units are factory assembled onto a fully welded curb that is insulated with 1" rigid insulation and can be manufactured fixed or with several venting options. The 3" mounting flange allows for easy fastening to the deck.
